    Tuning

    Usage, condition, and environment are all factors to consider with regards to tuning frequency. A standard tuning visit includes minor repairs, standard maintenance, and cleaning. Most sticky keys and buzzes can be resolved during a tuning.

    Regulation

    Over time, the thousands of delicate piano parts become worn or misaligned from usage, climate, and even gravity. Regulation realigns and refurbishes these parts so that the piano performs at full capacity, maximizing its value.

    Voicing

    Voicing improves the tone of a piano. Notes that are too loud and piercing can be softened. Notes that are too soft or dead can be made more brilliant or powerful. Some voicing can be achieved during standard tunings.

    Climate Control

    Fluctuations in temperature and humidity not only cause a piano to fall out of tune, but also cause aging and serious wear and tear. Should your piano require more stability, you should consider installing a climate control system in your piano.

    Consignment

    We take pianos on consignment to refurbish, rebuild, and resell on your behalf. We will work with you to prep, list, show, and sell your piano for a reasonable fee.

    Moving

    When moving a piano, especially a grand, it is important to have a well-trained and professional crew. We do not provide moving services directly, but we can refer you to highly-trained and professional movers.
