This particular piano is named after Henry Ford, a pioneer who reshaped the art of making without compromising the art itself. Ford believed that innovation wasn’t about replacing craftsmanship—it was about refining the process so that craftsmanship could flourish consistently.
This P121 embodies that same philosophy. This pieces is from the first batch of a new Petrof model built under expert-Czech supervision in a new facility, representing a bridge between heritage and progress. The tone carries the warmth and soul for which Petrof is known. This is not a departure from tradition—it is evolution. In Henry, one can see where craftsmanship meets new industry realities, and where legacy learns to move forward.
At 48 inches tall, Henry has a strong but sweet tone, and the action is quite responsive. It is similar in size to the Yamaha U1, but with a warmer, rounder tone.
Petrof has been making pianos since 1864 (learn more), representing a tradition of Central European craftsmanship.
